April 20, 2008:  Our first day setting up targets at our new home above Lake Henshaw.  Compared to our Escondido location, the new range is much larger and is situated upon a mountain boasting some spectacular views of the lake.  As you can see, there is no lacking suitable locations for setting up natural looking 3-D targets!  Wild turkeys abound in the region and several were spotted today.

Please note that one thing that the photos do not demonstrate all that well is the fact the range is very hilly - it will get/keep you in shape.  However, if us old guys can do it, odds are so can you!

The range actually resides in the campgrounds with a locked gate access.
Poison oak abounds Did I mention that there were some hills?
